No, we do not offer refunds on paid plans because we provide a permanent free plan with real resources so you can fully test the platform before upgrading to a paid package. You can cancel your subscription at any time with zero lock-in.
Yes. Your website's transactional email (contact forms, website notifications) is included on every hosting plan, and you can attach any MailPlan email plan for full mailboxes on the same domain — webmail, IMAP/SMTP, catch-alls and spam filtering all in one client area.
Our hosting nodes run in EU data centres in the Netherlands and Germany. Pricing is in EUR with VAT handled automatically via Stripe Tax, and your data stays in the EU.
Your files, databases and backups remain available in the client area until the end of your billing period — download everything via the File Manager or request a full backup archive. After that, data is deleted in line with our retention policy described in the Terms of Service.
